Noble, a sales veteran with nearly 20 years of experience, will be responsible for building Onvia’s enterprise sales strategy and creating a professional, consultative sales organization. As the company continues to grow and evolve its brand in the business-to-government market, Onvia will also leverage Noble’s proven sales leadership to increase customer retention and drive stakeholder value for the company.

Noble joins the Onvia team from Gartner, where he served nine years as a key member of the company’s sales team. As regional vice president of Executive Programs North America, he developed and executed a North America market plan that delivered 21% year-over-year growth for Gartner. Noble’s leadership in his previous position as regional vice president of Gartner’s inside sales organization resulted in significant increases in client retention. Prior to Gartner, Noble spent eight years at Xerox Corporation, where he held several sales positions; as a senior account executive, he produced an average of 15 percent growth in annual revenue and was responsible for two of the largest regional outsource agreements in two consecutive years. At both Gartner and Xerox, Noble was consistently recognized for top sales performance. Noble has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Puget Sound.
